Wynter Bell

Wynter Bell is visual artist who grew up in the Metro-Atlanta area. Her creativity has been her tool for expression and communication since she was a child. This has led to her studying at Rockdale Academy of Performing and Visual Art, and Savannah College of Art and Design where she earned her B.F.A. in painting. Since her graduation she has been in various exhibitions throughout Georgia. Wynter’s art is inspired by pre-colonial history where she emulates ancient iconography into a contemporary perspective. This has also inspired her to work with wood and jewelry. When Wynter isn’t painting, she buries herself within historical research or gets involved with community festivals. In 2023, Wynter participated in an historical Wynter’s future plans are to open a culture oriented art academy for the youth in order to keep our history alive.
